A very hardy, low-maintenance plant that works well as an informal hedge, screening views without blocking them entirely. Its small gray-green leaflets add a unique foliage color that is highlighted by small tissue paper clusters of white flowers. It is guaranteed to bloom in spring but will also flower anytime there is moisture in the air.
