This style of rosemary maintains the hardiness, smell, and cooking function of other rosemary, but grows low and can even hang over edges. Due to its smell it tends to keep plant predators at bay, while being safe for pets. Can tolerate full sun all day even in the desert, as long is it is in well draining soil.
